What time should I arrive to the performance?

Seating for each performance typically between 45-60 minutes prior to each performance. 

 

Is the theatre handicap accessible?

Yes! Please reach out in advance with any special accommodations / needs, to best serve you.

 

Is there food / concessions available at the theatre?

Yes, concessions are available prior to the show and during intermission. 

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event your travel plans change, we offer the following options up to 48 hours in advance of each performance:

  • Open-Ended Date Change - We're happy to change your performance date, based on availability, with no change fee.
     
  • Open-Ended Date Change - If you aren't sure which date you'd like to move your reservation to, we can hold your tickets in our system for up to two years in the future. Your tickets are price locked regardless of ticket price increases and may be re-booked at anytime, based on availability. 
     
  • Voucher Exchange - As an additional option, we can exchange your tickets as vouchers that may be gifted / transfered / re-sold / by you to anyone to use, at anytime in the future.
